The timesheet is one of the most popular functions in GO Digital. With this tool you and your employees can register your timesheets on your smartphone or other mobile device. The timesheet is very adaptable and can be customized in many different ways in order to serve your needs in the best way possible.
When registering your work hours you can choose to connect the timesheet to specific customers, projects and work orders. You can also add different extras, such as hazard pay, and you can add traffic data automatically gathered from a digital trip log in your vehicle (trip log sold separately).
IMPORTANT! In order for the timesheet to function optimally it is important that it is customized to your business before you use it. You can read about how to do this in the article "Settings for the timesheet". We are also available to help you with setting up the system settings.
To register your work hours in the mobile app you first press the clock symbol in the top menu. Here you will find a list of all the previous timesheets you have registered in the current week. You can change what week to view with the two arrows pointing right and left on each side of the week number.
To open a new time sheet, press the plus symbol (+) in the bottom of the screen.
When you click the plus symbol a new time sheet will open. Here you fill in all relevant information, such as the dato, work hours to and from, pause time, salary type, task, project, etc. The system will automatically set todays date and your standard working hours (this can be changed in the time sheet settings).
If you have already made a previous registration the same day the clock will start where you ended your last timesheet. You can not set the clock so that the time in your second timesheet overlaps with your first timesheet.
You can also add a comment in the comment box, for example a description of the work carried out or other useful information. To adjust the timesheet and choose what information that is relevant to your business to include, please see the help article "Settings for the timesheet".
If it is relevant to your business you can also add different extra add-ons to the timesheet, for example if your employees need to register for night shift allowance or hazard pay. This function is activated in the timesheet system settings. When this function is activated you will see a button for extra add-ons in the bottom of the timesheet.
If you press this button you will be shown a list over the different add-ons available. You choose what add-ons you want to add by clicking on one or more of them. Click "Add" and you will be taken back to the timesheet.
