With GO Digital, all employees can register their sick leave in an easy and efficient way on their smartphones. The system keeps track of the number of absence days available for self-registration and for absence related to sick children for each individual employee. The management can easily retrieve absence statistics and track this from month to month.
When your employees register their absence on their smartphones you can get an overview over these entries when you log in to the system on a desktop computer. To access the absence overview tool you click the button "HRM" in the top menu and then you choose "Absence" in the drop-down menu.
In the absence overview you will see a list over all absence registries, sorted chronologically by descending dates. You will also find a summary in the top of the screen over the total absence registered in the organization.
You can search for specific employees in the search field in the top left corner. If you want to see more details, edit or delete an absence report you use the 3 buttons on the right hand side of the specific row.
By clicking the blue button with an eye-icon a new window will open with detailed information in the absence report. You can choose to print this form or save it as a PDF by clicking the "Print"-button in the bottom of the window.
By clicking the purple button with the pen-icon you can edit the details in the absence report. In the form you can changes the status of the report to "Completed" by clicking in the dropdown in the bottom of the form.
IMPORTANT! By marking the absence as "Completed" you are freezing it so that the user who have registered in can't make any changes to it.
