To access your profile, log in to the system on a desktop computer. Click on your name in the upper right corner. A menu will appear, in this menu you click "My profile".
In your profile you can view and, to some extent, edit the following information:
- Personal data
- Your next of kin and your children
- Work related information
- Records of internal talks
- Your profile picture
- Your documents and certificates
- Map showing your home address
As a standard level user you have limited access to edit the information in your profile. You can add information about your next of kin and children, add a profile picture and change some of your personal information. It is easy to see what information you are able to edit, as the rest is locked and shown in a grey color.
We recommend you to update as much of this information as possible, as these details are required in order to use several functions in the system.
As a leader you have the opportunity to exercise certain leader rights over other users in the system with User-level accounts. Who you have leader status over can be added in a separate box on the right hand side in the home page.
