By clicking your name in the top right corner a menu will appear. Here you will find a button called "My tasks".
By clicking this button you will be directed to a page where you can perform the following tasks:
- Register your time sheet
- Register your absence
- Administer your work orders (included in GO Business and GO Total)
In the time sheet you have a menu in the top with different options:
- Sorting by project
- Register new hours, either with todays date or another date, click the calendar icon
- Download the shown data in an Excel-file
- Change between Week and custom dates viewing
- View different weeks or periods
When you add a new row to the time sheet the from and to times will be set automatically based on what is defined in the system settings (this can be changed by an administrator). The related project will be set automatically as the last project chosen, or you can click the project field to choose the correct project in the dropdown list. You can use the comment field to make notes regarding the entry and in the field for hour type you choose the correct type of hours you want to register, such as ordinary hours or overtime.
It may happen that several other columns are available if they are added in the time sheet settings. You fill out these columns in the same way that you choose the correct project.
The time sheet status is set as "Not verified" until a leader/admin has approved the time sheet. The status will then change to "Approved hours" and the row will be locked for changes. To edit a row after the time sheet has been approved the user must request a leader/admin to re-open it by changing the status or request a leader/admin to make the changes.
REMEMBER! Always click the green save icon when you are done registering your time sheet data! If you do not click the save icon your time sheet will not be saved.
When you are absent due to sickness you are required to either report your absence yourself or submit a doctors note, depending on the length of your sick leave. Remember that there can be special rules practiced by your employer, so we highly recommend that you ask your employer about this before registrering your absence.
By clicking the absence-button in the top menu you will shown an overview over all previous absence reports you have submitted. In the top right corner you will find a button with a plus icon (+). By clicking this button a form will appear where you can fill out and submit an absence report.
In the top of the form your are given 3 options:
- Self Declared Sick leave
- Sick Child/Minder Leave
- Doctor Certified Sick Leave
REMEMBER! In order to be able to register absence when you have a sick child you must first register your children in your personal profile.Click here for instructions.
When you have chosen one of these 3 options you can continue to fill out the rest of the form. Remember that there are rules realted to self-reported sick leave. In example, you can only be absent 3 days in a row and you have to be attending work for 16 days before you can have more self-reported absence.
If you have children, and especially if you are a single parent, you have extended rights. This shall be stated in the company's personell handbook for employees, but our absence functions are programmed to follow these rules and you will be notified if you try to breach them.
When you have submitted the form your leader will be notified that a new absence report is received. The management will process the form and the status will change.
Will be updated shortly.
